We are negotiating the sale of the apartment complex Emerald.

The Emerald apartment complex was built in 2015, is designed in a modern style, consists of 6 floors, which are interconnected by an elevator and staircases, comprises 78 apartment units of 29 m2 and 37 units of office space of 25 m2, which can be combined into units of larger areas. The net floor area of the building is 5 171 m2, of which 3 372 m2 is usable sales area for apartments and commercial premises.
